All Sister Support Partners complete the screening and onboarding requirements established by MADEBYWISDOM before providing services.

Will I know who is coming to my home?

Yes. Once your service is confirmed, you will receive the assigned Sister Support Partner’s first name, service details, and appointment information.

Can I request a specific Sister Support Partner?

You may submit a request. However, assignments depend on availability and are not guaranteed.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. You may purchase or arrange support for a mother, family member, friend, or loved one, provided you have the necessary information and permission.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Fort Lauderdale and surrounding city or with a 30min distance.

What if I need help today?

Same-day requests may be submitted, but availability is not guaranteed.

Are you a cleaning company?

No. We provide light practical support, home resets, organization, and approved errands. We do not provide deep-cleaning or professional housekeeping services.

Do you provide childcare?

No. Your Sister Support Partner is not a childcare provider and may not be left solely responsible for children.

What happens after I book?

You will receive a booking request confirmation. Once a Sister Support Partner is assigned and availability is confirmed, you will receive your final service confirmation.
